Description

Created in photoshop.
It took a while to finish because of time constraints. I'd say 1-3 hours a day over a period of three days.

I imported a few elements:
a)the long neon lights
b)the blue, square lights
c)the three, circular lights.

Very cool, the other structure in the BG I feel has to be smaller given the ambience transparency make it look like it is more in the distance.
